Timeshare Sellers

Congratulations on the sale of your timeshare! Let our experienced staff handle all the details of your transaction. We will prepare and record all the required documentation and we will safely and securely handle the escrow of funds for your transaction. We collect a 20% deposit of the agreed upon purchase price from the buyer, in order to open a file for you.

We will need for you to provide us with the information requested on the Seller Form below, or you can contact us via telephone with the information if you prefer. We will also need for you to provide our office with a copy of your recorded deed. If you do not have a copy of your recorded deed, we can help you to obtain one, or we can obtain a copy for you, for a fee of $50.00. If your property is not deeded property, then we will need for you to provide us with a copy of your Membership Certificate, or whatever document you were provided with that proves your ownership.

Please click on the link on the bottom of the Form to print our Consent Form. We will need for you to sign and fax the Consent Form to our office, so that we can confirm your account information with your resort or management company.

Closing options

As a licensed, bonded and insured timeshare closing agency we offer the following comprehensive timeshare closing solutions to our clients:
  1. Independent sales and closing package.
    This will include a sales contract and timeshare closing information. You can then make the decision as to what service you will need.

  2. Document Preparation.
    Proper Warranty Deed, Quit Claim Deed, Grant Deed, or Membership Transfer to correctly transfer ownership.

  3. Personal Contact with Buyer and Seller
    Your Closing Agent verifies all information and keeps you informed throughout the closing.

  4. Collection of Purchase Funds
    Purchase funds are held safely in closing until all documents are in order.

  5. Deed Recording and Recording Fees
    We know state and county requirements to properly record your deed. We complete the necessary documentation and send the appropriate fees and taxes. Recording fees are included up to $50.00.

  6. Disbursement of Funds to Seller.

  7. Notification to Resort of Change of Ownership.
    We contact the resort and send a copy of the recorded deed to notify them of new ownership.

  8. Timeshare Closing Service only.
    If you wish us to hold your closing to protect both parties we offer that service.

  9. Membership Transfers
    for United States and International properties.

  10. Quit Claim Transfers
    with and without timeshare closing services.

  11. Florida and Out of State Transfers
    without timeshare title insurance.


It is important that your deed is not processed for recording until we have the buyer's signed paperwork and certified funds. Our service will let you offer peace of mind to a potential buyer. E-mail us with your name, address and phone number telling which service you would like. We will respond with an e-mail or package.
