Package Options Deed Only - $295.00 This package includes preparation of the new transfer deed and any required forms. (PLEASE NOTE THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE RECORDING OF YOUR NEW DEED) Deed + Research - $395.00 This package includes research of the last recorded vesting deed along with preparation of the new transfer deed and any required forms. (PLEASE NOTE THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE RECORDING OF YOUR NEW DEED) Deed + Recording & Research - $495.00 This package includes research of the last recorded vesting deed, preparation of the new transfer deed and any required forms, and recordation of the new deed with the proper recording district. (PLEASE NOTE THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TRANSFER TAXES OR OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY BE ASSESSED AT THE TIME OF RECORDING OR AFTER A DOCUMENT IS RECORDED BY THE RECORDER OR ASSESSOR OR OTHER ENTITY. THE FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECORDATION PORTION COVERS BASIC RECORDING FEES ONLY) Optional Services We also offer the following additional services… Estoppel Letter - $35.00 Investigation into the status of maintenance fees, outstanding taxes, special assessments, when the maintenance fees are next due and availability. Deed Research - $95.00 If your recorded deed has been misplaced, Timeshare Transfer will research the county records and obtain a copy in order to prepare a new deed transferring ownership. Title Insurance - $270.00 Title insurance is only offered for Florida and Hawaii properties at this time. Search of public records for recorded liens or encumbrances against the property; issuance of title insurance policy when clear title established.
